Job Summary

Based at our Head Office in Hessle, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Delivery Service Advisor to provide a comprehensive aftersales service for our customers who have purchased their car via our Home Delivery service.

Responsibilities

  1. Prioritise administrative duties ensuring service-related paperwork and reporting is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Provide estimates for servicing and repairs with accurate timescales.
  3. Full control over job card interaction and organisation managing its journey from start to finish.
  4. Handle customer payments and coordinate loaner vehicles.
  5. Contact customers by call & email to be a great liaison between the supplying branch and customer.
  6. Conduct pre-calls with customers.
  7. Offer advice and guidance of a technical nature to customers as required.
  8. Update customers as required regarding their vehicle, progress of work being carried out, additional requirements and future needs.
  9. Work with colleagues within Branch and sub-contractors, functions and departments to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction; ask if there is anything else we can help them with.

  1. A salary of £26,000 (40 hours / week Monday - Friday including 5 in 7 Saturday mornings)
