Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service delivery and friendly communication.
• Valid UK driving licence with up to 3 penalty points.
• Ability to work independently on the road and in stores.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays, and work area clean and organized for quality delivery.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Inform customers of order changes and handle refunds when needed to ensure a smooth experience.
• Deliver within the promised time slot and provide warm, natural service at the doorstep.
