Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some locations offering 12-hour roles as well.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with friendly, reassuring service.
• Ability to load, unload and handle groceries with care.
• Strong communication to manage order changes and substitutions.

Responsibilities

• Keep the van, trays and work area clean and organised.
• Load the van safely and perform checks for roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes to customers and process refunds when needed.
• Deliver within the scheduled time slot and provide warm service at the doorstep.
• Build rapport with customers and respond to changing needs on the road.
