Job summary

Tesco Group is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom to meet customers in their homes and deliver groceries with a friendly, helpful service. You will handle loading the van, check deliveries, and communicate order changes or substitutions while maintaining a clean, organized delivery space.

Starting pay is £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within allocated time slots.
• Load the van safely and ensure deliveries are prepared for handover.
• Communicate substitutions or order changes and process refunds when needed.
• Keep the van and delivery area clean, tidy and well organised.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver the best service.
