Job summary

Iceland Foods is looking for Home Delivery Drivers to deliver shopping and engage with customers directly as the face of the company. You will be out on the road, ensuring goods reach customers in good condition while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a full driving license (3+ years, max 6 points), reliability and a proactive customer-focused approach. Shifts can vary with early starts and late finishes, and you may assist in-store when needed.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shopping to customers on designated routes.
• Provide excellent customer service as the face of Iceland.
• Ensure safe van loading and unloading and complete van checks.
• Maintain vehicle and report any issues promptly.
• Lend a hand in-store when required and work independently as needed.
