Job summary

Iceland Foods is seeking a Home Delivery Driver who will be the face of the company, delivering shopping and engaging directly with customers on the road. This role emphasizes high-quality service and safety while representing Iceland Foods in local communities.

You will load, drive, and deliver efficiently, maintaining vehicle safety checks and providing excellent customer support. A full driving license and a positive, punctual attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving license held for at least 3 years and no more than 6 points.
• Be positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong road safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, the patterns can vary between 6am and 11pm.
