Job summary

Iceland Foods is recruiting Home Delivery Drivers to provide reliable, friendly service while delivering shopping directly to customers. You will be the face of Iceland Foods on the road, ensuring orders reach customers in excellent condition and with a positive experience.

Expect shifts between early morning and late evening; full driving license held for at least 3 years is required, with no more than 6 points. A 15% discount card and other benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years.
• No more than 6 points on your license.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload goods following proper procedures.
• Adhere to safe driving practices at all times.
• Carry out routine van checks and maintenance checks.
• Deliver groceries to customers and ensure items arrive in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Iceland Foods positively.
• Assist in-store as needed and support team tasks.
• Manage your time effectively while out on deliveries.
• Be flexible with shift patterns from early morning to late evening.
