Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to deliver groceries directly to customers, representing the brand on the doorstep. You will load, drive, and unload with a focus on safety and service.

The role requires a full driving licence, friendly customer interaction, and the ability to manage time effectively across shifts ranging from early mornings to evenings. A rewarding position with great benefits and discount eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving licence (held for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Be positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Be punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Load the van safely following heavy lifting and manual handling best practices.
• Drive safely and adhere to driving regulations.
• Carry out van checks before and after shifts.
• Deliver shopping to customers and ensure items arrive in good condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer questions on delivery.
• Lend a hand in store if required.
• Manage time effectively and work independently with flexible shifts (6am–11pm).
