Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to deliver shopping and connect directly with customers as the face of the company. You will be out on the road, providing excellent service and representing the brand in every interaction.

The role requires a full driving license, a positive and punctual attitude, and the ability to work independently with flexible shifts from early morning to late evening. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving license (held for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 points).
• Positive, friendly and passionate about customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Be able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, the patterns can vary between 6am & 11pm.
