Trinity Claims is seeking an experienced Field Adjuster to join our growing team in the UK. You will assess buildings and contents claims, conduct site visits, and review surveyor reports to deliver fair, accurate outcomes in line with policy terms.
The role requires 3+ years in property claims handling, CILA or CII qualifications, and experience with Xactware. You will work on a field-based workload with contractors and policyholders, ensuring FCA-compliant processes.

We are looking for an experienced Field Adjuster to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled claims professional with experience in buildings and contents insurance claims to play a key role in delivering fair, accurate, and customer-focused outcomes.
Working across a varied portfolio of claims, you will assess property damage, validate contractor estimates, review surveyor reports, and provide technical guidance on policy coverage. You will also conduct site visits, manage claims within delegated authority limits, and work closely with contractors, suppliers, and policyholders to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and company standards.
This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of building pathology, reinstatement works, and insurance policy interpretation who enjoys balancing technical expertise with excellent customer service.
Basic Salary of circa £50,000 (DOE), as well as market leading benefits.
