Job summary

Delta Wellbeing Ltd in Wales is seeking Home Carers to support people in their own homes. The role offers an hourly rate of £14.78–£16.54 for 26 hours 15 minutes per week (full-time salary pro-rated for part-time). No experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Duties include personal care, meal preparation, helping with medication and rehabilitation. You’ll wear a uniform, may work evenings/weekends, and DBS/Right to work checks apply.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training and support provided.
• Willing to train and develop within a large organisation.
• Welsh language level 2 requirement highlighted in role

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, helping with the toilet) and support daily living.
• Meal preparation and helping with rehabilitation to regain independence.
• Give medications and support with agreed care plans.
• Register with Social Care Wales and follow safeguarding procedures.
