Job summary

Delta Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a Home Carer to support residents in Carmarthen, St. Clears, Whitland and Pendine. No prior experience is required as full training is provided. You will deliver personal care, meal support, and rehabilitation activities in clients' homes, working as part of a county council care team.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required.
• Willing to learn and complete training.
• Welsh language basics requested for level 2 (as read) and supportive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toilet needs).
• Assist with meals and feeding as required.
• Support with medication administration and rehabilitation activities to regain independence.
• Follow care plans and communicate with the care team.
