Delta Care Ltd in Preston is seeking committed care workers to provide in-home support, helping individuals live independently. The role covers personal care, medication assistance, and meal prep in clients' own homes across Fulwood, Penwortham, Cottam, Ingol, and surrounding areas.

Full-time hours (30-40 hours) are available, with a driver’s license required. Training is paid in full, and weekend shifts are included. Competitive pay: £13.45–£13.55 per hour with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• No qualifications or previous experience required; full paid training provided.

Responsabilités

• Read and follow the individualized care plan.
• Assist service users in getting in and out of bed.
• Provide assistance with washing, bathing and dressing.
• Prepare meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
• Assist with toileting and changing clothes.
• Support daily living tasks including cleaning, shopping and paying finances.
