Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in Totton/Southampton with daily routines, personal care and companionship. You will assist with shopping, meals, and light housework, helping clients live well at home and stay connected.

No prior care experience is required as we provide fully funded training up to QCF level 5, with flexible contracts and a supportive team. A full UK driving licence and 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to drive as part of the role.
• Must have at least 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines, personal care and household tasks.
• Assist with shopping, meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation to clients.
• Assist with medication when needed.
