Job summary

Agincare in Ferndown is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes with daily living tasks, personal care and companionship. You’ll join a friendly team, receive fully funded professional training up to QCF level 5, and enjoy flexible contracts and a generous welcome bonus.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication with clients and family members.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through funded training.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation, and mobility tasks.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, encouraging presence.
• Help with medication administration as required.
