Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in Totton/Southampton with daily routines, personal care and companionship. The role offers in-home care across community settings and requires a caring, patient approach and reliable transport.

You will help with meals, shopping and daily activities while building meaningful relationships with clients. A full UK driving licence and flexibility for weekends are required, with funded training opportunities and progression paths
