Third Hand Care is seeking Home Care Workers to support adults in their own homes across Farnham and nearby areas. The role offers flexible patterns (full time, part time or relief) with guaranteed hours and ongoing support from local management.

You will provide compassionate care, help with daily living tasks, and contribute to the wellbeing and independence of clients in a trusted, CQC-registered provider.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in elderly care or complex needs desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Commitment to paid training, induction and DBS checks.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll support individuals in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.

You will:

• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)

• Support with meals, medication prompts, and daily routines

• Assist individuals with autism and complex needs

• Support with clinical tasks (e.g. PEG feeding, tracheostomy – training provided)

• Promote independence, dignity, and choice

• Build positive relationships with clients and families

• Maintain accurate care records
