Guaranteed full-time contracted hours for the duration of the contract

Driving licence and own vehicle essential for this role

Job summary:

The successful candidate will manage care workers' daily activities to ensure quality service. They will also visit new customers to introduce the service, perform initial risk assessments, and ensure proper documentation. The role is flexible based on business needs.

Skills and experience:

• Experience with Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
• Background in homecare or care services
• Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
• Excellent planning, organisational, IT, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
