Job summary

Real Life Options is hiring Support Workers to help individuals live independently in their own homes. You will follow daily planners, assist with personal care, finances, and household tasks while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

Activities in the local community will be encouraged to build confidence and social inclusion. DBS is required; driving is preferred but not essential. Enhanced benefits and pension are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals in their own homes.
• Ability to follow daily planners to provide consistent support.
• Ability to assist with personal care and domestic tasks.
• Willingness to engage with community activities and promote inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily planners to provide consistent support.
• Assist with financial expenditure when needed.
• Support with personal care and daily living activities.
• Perform domestic tasks and household support as required.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain records.
• Help individuals participate in community activities to build confidence and independence.
