Real Life Options is seeking a Support Worker in Swadlincote to help individuals live independently at home. You will follow daily planners, assist with finances, medication, and personal care, and support meal planning and relationships.

The role involves weekend, evening, and night shifts, with enhanced DBS required and a strong focus on enabling community participation and development.

Qualifications

• Supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible.
• Following daily planners.
• Helping with financial expenditure.
• Domestic support and administration of medication.
• There may also be some support with personal care.
• Meal planning/preparation.
• Maintaining important relationships.
• Support to find new friendships.

Responsibilities
