Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Female Support Worker in the Sheffield area to provide person-centred care to adults living in their own homes or supported living settings. The role offers full-time and part-time hours with £12.71 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will support with daily living tasks, medication, budgeting and community activities while promoting choice, independence and inclusion. Training is provided, and enhanced DBS is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring roles is desirable but not required.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with adults living in their own homes.
• Commitment to inclusion, respect and person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to adults living at home or in supported living.
• Assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning and household tasks.
• Support with medication and appointments, budgeting and shopping.
• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Build positive relationships and work as part of a team or independently.
