Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to help people stay independent at home across Southampton. The role offers competitive pay of £13.80–£14.30 per hour and a permanent contract, with mileage support and opportunities for career development.

Driving is essential as you will travel to clients’ homes to provide personal, physical and emotional care, support daily tasks and appointments, and use mobile tech to document care. Shifts include mornings/evenings and weekend patterns.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Drive to client locations to provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Record care activities using mobile technology and adhere to safety practices.
