Job summary

Active Care Group is hiring a dedicated Support Worker for a female client with a spinal cord injury in her home near Mold. You will provide personal care, medication support, moving and handling, and accompany her on community outings such as shopping and appointments.

You must be a driver with an automatic licence and have an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care. The role is on a flexible zero-hours contract with three shifts per week and potential for contracted hours after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be a driver with an automatic licence.
• NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care required.
• Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication support.
• Assist with moving and handling and domestic duties.
• Drive to appointments, shops, and social activities.
• Engage with client and accompany on community outings.
