Altogether Care Llp in the Swanage area is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide home-based care across the community. The role involves driving to client homes, delivering personal care and support to help individuals stay independent and confident in daily life.

Expect competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30) with a permanent contract and opportunities for career progression. Full-time or part-time shifts include weekends, with induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & Access To Own Vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Drive to locations across the Swanage area to provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Record care activities using mobile technology.
