A leading home care service provider is seeking a Home Care Manager to oversee operations and ensure high-quality client care. Guardian Angel Senior Services is expanding! With 13 locations throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we are now looking to open a new location in the Connecticut Hartford-Enfield area.
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing home care. Manage home care services for Nursing, Home Health Aide/CNA, PCA, Homemaker, and Companion roles, ensuring high-quality client care and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership to maintain organizational effectiveness, develop new contacts, and contribute to organizational strategies, policies, and practices. This role will also oversee scheduling, collaborate with recruitment, and support staff as needed.
The Home Care Manager should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, adaptability, and a willingness to assist across all operational levels. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and excellent communication skills.
