Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Location: Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham

Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £37,000-£40,000 Dependent on experience

Could you be the Registered Care Manager in Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham?

Our dedicated Care Managers are passionate about helping others enjoy life to the fullest.

You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the Radfield Home Care service in Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham, driving success and growth by fostering a positive working environment, maintaining high standards, and ensuring quality care.

In essence, you’ll ensure our care professionals are supported and our clients receive the care tailored to their needs.

You thrive in a busy environment where each day presents new challenges. You’re a people person, experienced in recruiting, managing, and developing teams. Previous experience with a home care provider is preferable.

A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

We welcome applications from those with previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, deputy manager, field care supervisor, or care manager.
