We are seeking an experienced and dedicatedHealth Care Managerto oversee our care operations, lead our team, and ensure compliance with CQC standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth running of services and the continuous improvement of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the care agency and day centre
• Lead, support, and supervise care staff to maintain high-quality service delivery
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other statutory requirements
• Conduct care assessments and reviews to meet individual needs
• Develop care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and professionals
• Monitor and improve standards of care and staff performance
• Handle safeguarding concerns and respond to incidents appropriately
• Liaise with external agencies, professionals, and family members
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior care role
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or working towards)
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and care legislation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager
• Experience with learning disabilities and elderly care
• First Aid and Safeguarding training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £2,700.00 per month
