Job summary

Local Solutions is recruiting a Care Assistant to support individuals in their own homes in Knowsley and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as training is provided, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred home care.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and work as part of a supportive community team within our health and social care charity.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal/domestic care in service users' own homes as per care plan.
• Promote dignity and independence while respecting cultural, spiritual, and religious needs.
• Meet physical, social and emotional needs; support daily living skills.
• Liaise with department staff, agencies and community nurses involved in care.
