Local Solutions is recruiting a Care Assistant to deliver personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes around Knowsley. The role emphasizes independence, dignity and a person-centred approach, with full training provided and ongoing support from a caring team.

Formación

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to provide personal/domestic care in clients' homes.
• Commitment to maintaining client independence and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal/domestic care in the service user's home.
• Promote care best practices, respect cultural and spiritual needs.
• Meet physical, social and emotional needs as per the care plan.
• Collaborate with other staff and services involved in care.
• Maintain records and report changes to the Line Manager.
• Work flexibly as part of a community team.
• Follow Local Solutions policies and anti-discriminatory practices.
