Responsibilities

• Provide personal/domestic care to service users in their own homes to help them stay independent.
• Promote good care practice, maintain dignity and respect for cultural and religious needs.
• Record and report on care plans and changes to the Line Manager as needed.
• Work with a team of staff to deliver consistent in-home care across Liverpool.
