Job summary

The Care Collection is seeking Home Care Assistants to support adults and children in their own homes in the Holmfirth HD9 area, delivering medication support, personal care, meal prep, light tasks and companionship.

Applicants must have a driving licence with access to their own vehicle and business insurance, be ready for DBS checks, and be willing to work alternate weekends; pay ranges from £13.30–£16.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect.
• Medication support and personal care as needed.
