Routes Healthcare is a leading homecare provider, and this role involves travelling to clients' homes to deliver person-centred care. You will support with daily tasks, administer medications where needed, and work solo or in a small team depending on client requirements, across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time hours, with shifts Monday to Sunday. You’ll join a team dedicated to high-quality, compassionate homecare, with training and development

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
• Reliable and compassionate with commitment to delivering excellent care.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes as required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting vulnerable clients in their own homes.
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting with medication management.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Travelling between client visits during the shift.
