Routes Healthcare is a leading homecare provider, and this role involves travelling to clients' homes to deliver person-centred care. You will support with daily tasks, administer medications where needed, and work solo or in a small team depending on client requirements, across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time hours, with shifts Monday to Sunday. You’ll join a team dedicated to high-quality, compassionate homecare, with training and development

Location: Wallsend and surrounding areas. Newcastle

Pay Rate: £14.24 - £15.07 per hour (including holiday pay) + 30p per mile

About The Role

This is a homecare position - you'll be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to provide person-centred care and support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with medication management
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
• Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
• Travelling between client visits throughout your shift

We provide homecare across Newcastle.
