Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Driver required to transport clients in a large van.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users.
• Administer medications and complete manual handling.
• Work with clinical interventions and promote independence.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues.
