Kingsley Home Care Services, part of the Kingsley Healthcare Group, is seeking a Home Care Assistant to deliver exceptional in-home care. You will support clients in their own homes and join a dedicated, caring team committed to wellbeing and growth.

As an accredited Living Wage employer, we offer competitive pay, paid mileage, comprehensive training, and uniforms. Various shifts available, including weekends and evenings; a driving licence and access to a car are preferred.

• Caring, patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred.

Reports to: Care Coordinator/ Home Care Manager

Key duties and responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride
