TipTopJob in Lowestoft, Suffolk is seeking a Home Care Assistant to join an independent, family-run home care service delivering quality person-centred care in clients’ own homes. You must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

You will promote wellbeing, assist with daily personal care and provide companionship, with accurate record keeping. The role offers GBP14.50 per hour on a permanent, full or part-time basis with weekday and alternate weekend shifts (7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm).

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Home Care Assistant to work in an exceptional home care service based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.

This is an independent, family:run organisation dedicated to providing quality person:centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

As a Home Care Assistant Your Key Duties Include

• Promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always
• Must have a car

The successful Home Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of GBP14.50 per hour. This exciting position is a permanent full/part time role working on weekday and alternative weekend : 7am:2pm and evenings 4pm:10pm.
