TipTopJob is hiring a motivated Support Worker for a residential care home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will join a leading health care provider delivering high quality residential, dementia and respite care.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and involves night shifts on a 36-hour week schedule. You will support residents with personal care, daily activities, and companionship, while maintaining accurate records.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional residential care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.

This special residential care home provides high quality residential care, dementia care and respite care.

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always

Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,178.40 per annum.
