Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in Oxford. This role offers both full-time and part-time contracts with hourly pay between £15.00 and £16.00.

You will join a welcoming team and receive benefits such as paid travel time, paid mileage, flexible hours, and opportunities for skills development and career progression.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ experience as a care assistant.
• Must be 18+, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home care to clients in Oxford & Abingdon.
• Support clients with daily living tasks, mobility and wellbeing.

You need at least 6 months previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
