Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is hiring a Home Care Assistant in Abingdon. No previous experience required; you’ll support local clients with daily living tasks and companionship, travelling to clients in your own vehicle.

We offer competitive hourly rates (£13.50–£14.50 weekdays, £14.50 weekends with raises to £15–£16 after six months), flexible hours, paid travel time and mileage, and opportunities for skill development and career progression.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Must be over 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
