Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide in-home support and companionship to clients in the Didcot area. You’ll work across full-time or part-time shifts, with a friendly, supportive team and opportunities to develop your skills.

No prior care experience is required; you must be 18+, have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. DBS check and references will be completed on offer.

• Role requires enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks and companionship.
• Record changes and report to supervisors as required.

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
