Job summary

Serene Healthcare Group is seeking Home Care Assistants in Amesbury to provide personal care and practical support in clients’ homes. The role offers flexible hours, paid mileage, and ongoing training to help you deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and be able to work 5 days a week, including weekends, with some shift coverage. Comprehensive training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The role of a Home Care Assistant includes:

providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care, meal preparation, carrying out light domestic duties, supporting clients with accessing the community.

Key requirements for Home Care Assistant:

• You need to be over 18 and have a full driver's licence and access to a car
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be a team player
• Be passionate about care and making a difference in people's lives
• Be willing to learn and become a lifelong learner
