Skills

• Valid driving licence is desirable for supporting home care visits

• Experience working within a care home or providing home care is advantageous

• Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans accurately

• Good IT skills for maintaining records and documentation

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills

• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
