Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is hiring a Care Assistant to support local clients with compassionate, personalised care in Oxford and Abingdon.

The role offers full-time and part-time contracts, a competitive hourly rate (£13.50–£14.50, rising to £15–£16 after six months), paid travel time, mileage, flexible hours, and opportunities for development.

You need a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK; DBS checks and references will be required.

Job Title: Care Assistant

Location: Oxford & Abingdon

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
