Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking a Care Assistant in Didcot to join our mission of making ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for those we support.

You don’t need prior experience. We offer a welcoming culture, flexible hours, paid travel time, paid mileage and opportunities for development, with driving licence and vehicle access required.

Competitive hourly rates (£13.50–£14.50 weekdays, rising to £15–£16 after 6 months) and a supportive team await you.

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (raising to £15.00 - £16.00 after 6 months)

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
