Job summary

Radfield Home Care Oxford & Abingdon is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. You will support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure compassionate care in a friendly, inclusive environment.

We require at least 6 months of care experience, be over 18 with the right to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. DBS disclosure will be completed as part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months previous care experience.
• Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support clients to remain independent and safe.
• Keep accurate notes and report changes to supervisors.
• Travel between client visits and manage flexible schedules.

You need at least 6 months previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Oxford & Abingdon as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
