Job summary

Platform Housing Group, through Platform Property Care, is seeking a Work Planner to organize and schedule a multi-skill trades workforce for planned and reactive property maintenance. You will liaise with customers, coordinate with engineers and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role is remote with occasional travel to Birmingham area offices, and requires strong IT skills with Outlook and Word. Local knowledge of West Midlands is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills with Outlook and Word.
• Experience in a building maintenance or construction administration team as a work planner or scheduler.
• Experience planning a trades workforce using scheduling software (DRS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan an operational multi-skill trades workforce and schedule property maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain contact with field teams and liaise with customers.
• Coordinate with engineers and ensure repairs are completed right first time.
