Job summary

Platform Housing Group, via Platform Property Care, is seeking an experienced Work Planner/Scheduler in housing maintenance. You will plan a multi-skill trades workforce, schedule property maintenance, and communicate with field teams and customers to ensure repairs are completed right first time.

Based in the West Midlands, this full-time role is 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00–16:30) with travel to group offices as needed. A collaborative team environment and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance administration as a work planner or scheduler.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word).
• Experience planning a multi-skill trades workforce and liaising with customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule a multi-skill trades workforce to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain contact with field teams and customers; manage priorities under pressure.
• Coordinate engineers and repairs with a supportive team and clear communication.
