Job summary

FirstPort Limited is seeking a Property Manager to take charge of a portfolio across Exeter and surrounding areas. You will handle day-to-day operations, oversee service charges and budgets, and ensure excellent service to residents.

You’ll join a newly formed team at a pivotal stage, with access to accredited training and development programmes. A competitive salary, car allowance and benefits are provided, including pension contributions and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Experience in block management and housing estates with service excellence.
• Confident communicator capable of presenting updates and financial information.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and relevant landlord legislation.
• TPI accreditation (ATPI or MTPI).

Responsibilities

• Manage your diary remotely and visit sites as needed.
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Review service charges, budgets and authorize expenditures.
• Coordinate with credit control to manage debts.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance across the portfolio.
• Maintain strong resident and client relationships.
