Job summary

Partnur Limited is seeking a Property Director to lead the property, estates and facilities strategy across a healthcare group with multi-site operations. You will oversee asset lifecycles, budgets and major capital projects to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role is remote with travel across UK sites. You will manage teams, drive continuous improvement and report to senior stakeholders on risk, continuity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Property/Estates Director or in a similar senior role within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of property management, estates compliance and relevant regulations.
• Experience managing significant budgets, capital programmes and supplier contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare sector experience would be desirable.
