Elysium Healthcare is seeking a home-based Senior Estates Director to shape the estate strategy and oversee major capital, refurbishment and development programmes across 90+ sites. You will lead governance for health, safety and regulatory compliance, and manage property, facilities and capital budgets while partnering with suppliers and senior leaders.

You will drive asset management, risk oversight and strategic collaboration with the COO and executive team to sustain clinical excellence,

Formación

• Relevant degree in real estate, property management, business administration or related field.
• Senior managerial experience in a multi-site estate organisation.
• Strong knowledge of property management and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and deliver the property strategy across more than 90 sites.
• Provide strategic oversight of the property portfolio, including long-term asset management, maintenance planning, capital investment and estate optimisation.
• Lead major capital, refurbishment, acquisition and development programmes.
• Lead governance and assurance for estates compliance with health and safety, fire, environmental, statutory and healthcare regulations.
• Hold overall responsibility for property, facilities and capital budgets.
• Manage risk across the estate.
• Work strategically with suppliers, consultants, contractors and partners.
• Ensure the estate supports clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, business continuity and sustainable growth.
• Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, executive team and operational leaders.
• Provide expert advice and challenge on property and estates matters to the senior leadership community.
• Lead and develop a high-performing property and estates function.
